The Challenge

Fleet Livery Solutions started off as a small local company, providing well respected livery graphics to their clients, but following this and through sheer determination, they soon picked up some major contracts.

This led to their next step, they needed help with a re-brand, but more to the point an on-line vehicle which would not only help them build a larger client base, but a brand hub which controlled production. Then to add to the mix an online and customised tool which would act as their USP and allow them to up-sell other services to their clients.

Through a 10 week process we got to work, completed their new logo, customised their stationary and built their website, which by using in-depth PHP coding incorporated the new services, which through our own research included the finding of local support for graphic production, and used whilst they built their own internal team.

Our Solution

We started with industry research, looking at where FLS stood against their competitors and soon identified damage repair as a key issue. This process previously involved the ordering of new parts, applying these parts to the vehicle and then lastly reapplying the graphics. This was a broken system within the industry and between us all we saw great value in offering a seamless journey to our clients customers. A USP in the making.

Our solution for their USP was to create an online tool where damage repair requests could be captured and completed with absolute ease.
Each user/client had their own login to a dashboard where they can select their vehicle model, area of damage(s) and then state any urgency.

This then generated a damage repair request, which communicates with the FLS smart calendar and immediately finds the next available date for when the repair can start. Once the admin is happy with the proposed dates, a one click process initiates production and alerts all involved, including the customer with an invoice generated, which is compatible with Sage.
